**To encourage active participation of PhD students, a limited number of 26th ICPOC grants will be available.
Registration fees of 26th ICPOC participants include:
1. Book of abstracts; 2. Attendance to all sessions; 3. Conference Program; 4. Coffee breaks; 5. Opening ceremony and welcome reception; 6. Monday to Thursday lunches.
Registration fees of accompany person include:
1. Welcome reception; 2. Monday to Thursday lunches.
Instructions for application to 26th ICPOC grants
PhD students who wish to present their work in 26th ICPOC may apply for a grant. Applications should be sent before Feb. 15th, 2024 to icpoc26@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn. Applicants are requested to send a letter stating their motivation to participate in 26th ICPOC, a brief CV, a copy of the abstract submitted for presentation and a reference letter from the supervisor(s).
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions:
Requests before June 15, 2024: 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Requests after June 15, 2024: no refund will be made.
