Abstract and Online Payment Deadline-The participants of 26th ICPOC, the deadline for the abstract submission is July 15th, 2024, we will not accept late abstract submission, please do submit your abstract before the deadline.

The organising committee understand that the attendees from the Russian Federation may encounter difficulties in paying registration fees online, therefore, alternatively, these attendees can pay the registration fee and banquet fee (if intend to) on-site with a same fee standard as Before May 15th, 2024. However, because it will be difficult for us to have an account that can process foreign cash, we ONLY ACCEPT Chinese RMB on-site in due time. In addition, due to the same reason, our conference venue, the Beijing Friendship Hotel ONLY ACCEPT Chinese RMB in due time (about 700 RMB/night per room, but the price may change with the foreign currency exchange rate). We kindly remind the attendees from the Russian Federation to change your foreign cash into Chinese RMB beforehand. You may do so before you arrive Beijing or after at Beijing International Airport.

We understand that some Chinese embassies/consulates may require invitation letter with formal stamp as the supporting information for Visa application. We kindly ask the attendees to check with your local Chinese embassy about this beforehand. We will be happy to provide the stamped invitation letter to you upon request.

Recently, several attendees of 26th ICPOC received scam emails regarding room reservations from some traval agencies (such as Royal Visit, etc.). These emails are fishing or scam emails, please just ignore them if you receive such kind of emails in future. Our conference venue, The Beijing Friendship Hotel will not contact you without our consent, and if necessary, we will only contact you through conference official email (icpoc26@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn). Please do contact us if you are not sure about the received email is scam or fishing type before you make a reply.

The foreign attendees of 26th ICPOC may directly use the invitation letter issued by local organizing committee for Chinese visa application, according to the latest policy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People's Republic of China. We will not issue additional invitation letters for visa application purpose unless the local Chinese Embassies in your country require us to do so. If you encounter such circumstances, please let us know by sending email to icpoc26@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn, we will be happy to help you with the visa application.

The local organizing committee strongly suggests that all the attendees of 26th ICPOC should make room reservation at Beijing Freindship Hotel at your earliest convenience, we have only a limited number of rooms with a special offer for the conference. In addition，normally the Augest is the tourist season in Beijing, it would be difficult to make room reservations in due time.
